Who we are
We are a small editorial team of writers and analysts who spent years inside banks, brokerages and small companies before deciding that the useful part of that experience belonged in plain English.
Artsy started as a shared notebook of rate checks and policy fine print. It became a publication because friends kept asking for the notes.
Our mission
Our mission is simple: make a money decision take minutes instead of weeks. Every guide states the real cost, the catch, and the situation where the popular answer is wrong.
We cover five sections: Business Growth, Finance News, Insurance Guide, Loan Services, and Business & Finance. Each one is written for people who have to act, not for people who want to browse brochures.
Editorial standards
No sponsored rankings and no pay-to-play reviews. We choose topics from reader questions and from rule changes that affect real budgets.
Numbers come from published rates, regulator guidance and our own worked examples. When we get something wrong we correct it and note the date, rather than quietly editing the page.
How we test and update
Every guide carries a published date and a last-updated date. When a rate, fee or rule moves, we revisit the numbers and rewrite the parts that changed.
We keep the maths visible. If a claim depends on an assumption, the assumption is written on the page so you can swap in your own figures.
Talk to us
Corrections, questions or a topic you want covered? Email contact us or use the contact page. We read everything and reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
If a figure looks wrong, tell us the page and the source you are comparing against. We would rather fix it than defend it.
Write to contact us or WhatsApp at phone.
