Hundreds of individuals lined the lawn of the Beallsville American Legion Article 768, in which the monument was erected late final month, for the determination ceremony and unveiling of the monument. Lt. Gov. Jon Husted, who was the first visitor to speak, gave opening remarks, talking really of the county and what it does to assistance its veterans.
