Nastari finishes second at elite event | News, Sports, Jobs

AUSTINTOWN — Elite athletes from Northeast Ohio competed in the 41st yearly Optimist Satisfy on Saturday at Austintown Fitch Large Faculty.
Sophia Gregory had a big displaying for West Department as she completed 3rd general in the 400 (59.4). Fellow Warrior Emily Sprowl was fifth in that function as effectively (1:05.58).
Anna Lippiatt was seventh total in the 200 (27.32). The Warriors’ Kaylee Burcaw took seventh in the 800 (2:35.16) as properly. Clarice Martin was sixth in the 3200 (12:29.93).
The Warriors’ 800 relay group of Kennedy Berger, Lauren Gossett, Lippiatt and Gregory was 3rd in 1:46.86. Gossett, Gregory, Sprowl and Lippiatt have been 3rd in the 1600 (4:17.42).

In boys motion, United’s Kaleb Nastari finished 2nd overall in the 800 (1:52.89).
South Range’s Conner Jones was fourth in the 100 (11:48). The Raider 3200 relay staff of Quentin Pew, Liam Justison, Camden Thomas and Alex Garwacki was fifth in 8:40.05. Also for Variety, Jacob Brooks was sixth all round in the shot set (52-).
West Branch’s Josiah Hicks was seventh total in the 3200 (9:44.63).
OVAC meet
ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Oak Glen’s Kami Ward experienced a big day to lead the Golden Bears on Saturday at the OVAC Championship Monitor and Area Fulfill at Red Devil Stadium.
Ward gained the 100-meter sprint (12.64), the 200 (26.49) and the 400 (1:00.11) in Course 4A.
Hannah Kliner was initial in the 1600 (5:40.21) and third in the 800 (2:40.80).
Kensington McConnachie was fourth in the 100 (13.72). Jennifer DiLullo was fourth in the shot place (27-8.5) and fourth in the discus (81-5). Reecelyn Craig was 3rd in the shot put (28-3).
In boys class 4A level of competition, Oak Glen’s Matthew Greenlief was initial in the 400 (51.87).
Konnor Allison took initial in the 1600 (4:27.13) Mason Konchar was next in the 1600 (4:36.83). Cameron Tropeck was fourth in the 300 hurdles (45.75).
The Oak Glen boys shuttle hurdles group was second in 1:03.72.
In Course 1A/2A motion, Southern’s Gavin Tribelo was second in the shot set (45-7) and fourth in the discus (106-4). Bryce Foster was 3rd in the shot place (40-6).
Zach Tribelo was third in the 400 (54.38).
