PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A massive, hip-hop and reggae audio festival been given the “eco-friendly gentle” from Portsmouth city leaders this week, party organizers stated.

The 420ish Unity Pageant is scheduled to acquire spot at the rear of the Portsmouth Sportsplex from April 23 to 24.
