Teresa Roche has extensive been a wellknown name on Greenville’s Arts scene, but not long ago that acclaim has absent nationwide.

She has mixed her like of fantastic art and structure in a collection of artisanal fabrics and wallcoverings encouraged by her paintings and other creative influences.

The Teresa Roche Textiles selection was not too long ago incorporated on “The List,” Dwelling & Garden’s global directory of items and products and services for home layout and decorating.

Each individual material and wallpaper pattern started as an authentic painting. Roche describes the selection as “a gratifying crush of shade and texture – at at the time playful and controlled. These textiles have an expansive variety of sample, from basketweave to abstract florals to freeform circles.”

That description also suits Roche’s artwork, which spans from purely natural scenes, crops and flowers to a great deal far more abstract and geometric types. She describes it as “sun-drenched southern imagery.”
